POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
How much will I have to pay for postage?
Within Australia
I charge a flat rate of $9.50 to anywhere in Australia. Order as many garments as you like and still pay the same amount of postage!
Please allow up to 10 days from date of order. All Australian orders are sent by Express Post, which is an overnight service to most places in Australia. Please allow an extra day if you live in a remote area.
Your delivery fee will automatically be added onto your account at the checkout.
International
Under $100 AUS $10.00 $100 - $300 AUS $15.00 $300 - $1000 AUS $20.00
All International orders are sent by Australia Post Airmail and generally take between 7-20 working days from time of dispatch. All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may inccur.

Will I be charged Duties and Taxes on my international order?
All International orders are subject to local Duties and Taxes charges. These charges are different for each country, so please contact your local Customs Department if you are unsure of what charges may apply to you.
Happy go Lucy is not responsible for any extra charges that may occur after your order has left Australia. Your parcel may be held up in Customs at the destination until you pay the Taxes owing.
ORDERING
Can I place an order by phone?
I prefer that you place your order through the on-line store as the payment gateway is secure and much safer for you. If you do prefer to place your order by phone, please email me a suitable time and I will call you to take your order.
I want to order but I don’t have a credit card.
I currently only accept Visa and Mastercard as payment. If you would like to pay by Bank Deposit please email me your order and I will email you my BSB and Account number.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
Can I Buy a Gift Online?
Yes, please fill in the notes section on the order form page and request that the order be gift wrapped and supply the address of the recipient and I will be happy to gift wrap the item and post to them directly. No prices will appear in the parcel.
AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to stock availability. Popular designs and colours sell fast and while I aim to have all styles, colours, designs and sizes in stock it is not always possible. Designs and colours also change on a regular basis.
What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Please email me les@happygolucy.com should you order not arrive in a time you deem acceptable.
International Orders – please check with your local Customs Department first, your parcel may be held up awaiting Duties and Taxes payment. If they can’t give you any information, please email me les@happygolucy.com
SIZING
My tops are all designed for woman with real bodies so are not on the small side Size Small is a good size 10 - Medium Size 12 and Large - Size 14. If you are unsure please feel free email me les@happygolucy.com, there is no redelivery charge if the size you order is incorrect.
HAPPY GO LUCY GUARANTEE
All my garments (excluding the silk wrap skirts and Blue Jeans) are professionally manufactured and printed in Western Australia, each garment is individually packaged by me (and I am an absolute perfectionist!) so I personally guarantee all my products against defects in materials and workmanship. Any faulty garments must be returned and I will happily refund or exchange.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I understand that it's not always easy buying the perfect garment on-line, and accept that from time to time you may need to return items.
Happy go Lucy is happy to accept returns that have not been worn and have tags attached, and we can provide a replacement or exchange if available, or a refund.
How Do I Return an Item(s)?
To return an item(s), please include the packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears at the top of the packaging slip. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of order date - unworn and unwashed. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). (148 Edmund Street, Beaconsfield WA6162)
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT(S)?
If you would like to exchange colour or style, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements, and include $5 (cheque payable to Happy go Lucy, or fill in your credit card details) for re-delivery within Australia).
There is no re-delivery fee when exchanging size. If possible please include an alternative as I may have sold out of your first choice.
For international exchanges cost will be the same as the original order.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, I cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.
All returns must be accompanied by a completed copy of the Return/Exchange Form.
To return or exchange an item:
1. Pack your item in secure packaging. 2. Fill (download) in the Returns/Exchange Form 3. Include your form complete with your reason for return and your contact details. 4. Send to the address on the returns/exchange form
